We are a husband and wife team. We focussed on using various marketing tools and strategies including the latest up to date social media and video marketing to market your property. We take pride in our work and believe that every small details count in the marketing.
At the same time, we are also passionate about property investment ourselves and use our real estate experience and knowledge to help our clients to grow their assets together.
Buying a property is a very big decision in our lifetime. We strongly believe that it is important to spend time to do our homework and analyze before signing on the dotted line.
Hence we came out with the 7Rs Framework to help us and our clients to select the right property and using R.A.M. Analysis to ensure their risk is reduced to the minimum possible so that our client can buy with a peace of mind.
About Vincent
With background in Accountancy & Finance, Vincent is good in numbers and this help him to grow his interest in analyzing properties.
Today Vincent is a Team Leader cum trainer in PropNex running a division of about 40 associates.
He strongly believe in real estate as one of the vehicles to help his client to grow their wealth and retire comfortably.
Through his sincerity and professionalism, Vincent's business has grown exponentially by words of mouth.
About Melissa
Melissa graduate in Building & Real Estate - BSc Building (Hons). Because of her past working experience in Mindef as a senior Geopolitical Analyst, she possesses strong communication and analytical skills which is useful in her current role.
She also has great passion in Singapore residential properties investment.
